The scanMiR suite
scanMiR is a bioconductor package for working with miRNA affinity models (KdModels), enabling efficient and flexible scanning for miRNA binding sites and prediction of target repression based on the biochemical model developed by McGeary, Lin et al. (2019). In addition, KdModels for all mouse, human and rat miRbase miRNAs are provided through the
scanMiRData package. Finally, scanMiRApp
, to be released shortly, will offer a web interface to scanMiR
.
SEtools / sechm
The SEtools package includes a set of convenience functions for the Bioconductor class SummarizedExperiment, facilitating merging, melting, and plotting SummarizedExperiment
objects. The sechm package is essentially a convenient wrapper around the ComplexHeatmap engine, facilitating the creation of heatmaps from SummarizedExperiment
objects.
